My name is Adaeze Clarke and I love selling real estate! If you were expecting something more cerebral as an introduction for my bio, I am truly sorry to disappoint. Truth be told, being a realtor in Trinidad and Tobago is the longest job I've ever had, with over 15 years experience within the local industry. In my nascent years in the business, I worked with a well-known real estate agency for three years before opening my very own company in 2013, known today as Property Hub Ltd. My portfolio encompasses selling, buying and renting residential and commercial property including land. I work very closely with developers in the industry which enables me to be privy to some of the most marketable real estate in the business.
The real estate business is one that is very volatile, affected by many socio-economic factors which require me to be persistent, indefatigable, patient and optimistic, especially in times where the industry's vicissitudes can be overwhelming. I can credit my longevity and success to my passion for the business, and the thrill of seeing a transaction completed from beginning to end. I always ensure that I understand what my clients' needs are, and journey with them throughout a process that can feel simultaneously exhilarating and daunting. With no shame attached, I have shed celebratory tears with clients who were able to experience the excitement of closing on a home for the very first time. That feeling never gets old!
Growth is something that I strive towards consistently, and thus, I have expanded my portfolio by training and hiring others who are equally passionate about joining the business. It always delights me to be a mentor to those who are keen on building their portfolios. I come from a very strong artistic background, and luckily, I have been able to infuse my artistic aesthetic into interior design jobs for my clients, which unknowing to most, was my first passion.
I am very proud of the business that I have built thus far, and I plan to continue to grow and expand Property Hub Ltd. throughout the Caribbean and even internationally.
