Barrackpore
Barrackpore is a town located in southern Trinidad and Tobago. It is located southeast of San Fernando, east of Debe, and northeast of Penal, and is under the administrative authority of the Penal–Debe Regional Corporation.
It is home to the 7 Pot Barrackpore Pepper. Sundar Popo was a resident of Monkey Town, which is in the north-western part of Barrackpore. Other popular cricket personalities include Rajindra Dhanraj, Daren Ganga, Jason Mohammed, and Samuel Badree. In the small village, a well-known Digity Mud Volcano can be found.

Debe
Debe (or Débé) is a town in south Trinidad located in the region of Penal–Debe. Debe has grown from a small settlement into a key transit point which has merged to some extent with Penal.
A denomination high school was established by the Sanatan Dharma Maha Sabha (Parvati Girls College). Debe had initially gained importance as a train stop during sugar cane production. However with the closure of the sugar industry Debe continued to be widely known for doubles and other delicacies.
The area has also gained prominence for its wholesale marketing of agricultural produce in government managed Namdevco, which is the largest wholesale market in the country. Chutney music is believed to have originated in the Barrackpore-Debe-Penal area.
Penal
Penal is a town in south Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago. It lies south of San Fernando, Princes Town, and Debe, and north of Moruga, Morne Diablo and Siparia. It was originally a rice- and cocoa-producing area but is now a rapidly expanding and developing town. The heart of Penal contains many businesses while the outskirts focus on agricultural development. Penal has a market, police station, branches of three banks (Scotiabank, Republic Bank and First Citizens Bank) health facilities, grocery stores, convenience stores, bars, fast food restaurants, service stations, restaurants, puja stores, an Indian expo, and clothing stores.
Penal plays a major role in the energy supply to the nation's populace. Petrotrin, the national oil company, has a major sub-unit in Clarke Road and the National Gas Company has gas lines running through Penal that links the gas fields of the South East Coast and the industrial estates. One of the countries three major power generating plants owned by Powergen Ltd is located at Syne Village to the west of Penal. David Williams – West Indies Cricketer & Drupatee Ramgoonai- Chutney and Chutney Soca singer are both from Penal Trinidad.
San Fernando
San Fernando, officially the City of San Fernando, is the most populous city and second most populous municipality in Trinidad and Tobago, after Chaguanas. Sando, as it is also known, occupies 19 km² and is located in the south western part of the island of Trinidad. It is bounded to the north by the Guaracara River, the south by the Oropouche River, the east by the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway, and the west by the Gulf of Paria. The former borough was elevated to the status of a city corporation on 18 November 1988. The motto of San Fernando is: "Sanitas Fortis" - In a Healthy Environment We Will Find Strength. Many local Trinidadians refer to the city with the shortened name "Sando." San Fernando is called Trinidad and Tobago's "industrial capital" because of its proximity to the Pointe-à-Pierre oil refinery and many other petrochemical, LNG, iron and steel and aluminium smelters in places such as Point Lisas in Couva, Point Fortin, and La Brea.
The city is well known for its wide array of shopping facilitates located in the heart of San Fernando. Services offered are that of Police, fire, banking, transport, jewellery repairs etc. Many citizens visit San Fernando for the night life which consists of restaurants, street food and the many party clubs readily available.
The city has one of the most visited fish depot which attracts vendors from all over Trinidad. The San Fernando Hill is a main tourist attraction because of the view it provides of Trinidad. Many newlyweds visit this location to bask in its ambience and take wedding photos.
