Prior to entering real estate, Chaz studied Aviation and worked in the corporate banking industry. He completed and holds a degree in Business Management which gave him the discipline it takes to build a powerful real estate team. He’s currently a member of TRREB and ICI. An International entity of Licensed and Registered professional Realtors.

He’s earned that distinction with deep market understanding, commitment to excellence, and amazing client relationships. It’s all in the numbers.

He’s now established a new division of business, alongside his wife- Candice who’s fine idea it was - to launch a home office in this gem of an island, Tobago. The island they fell in love with.

Together they’ve made a career of marketing, buying and selling the finest luxury homes internationally.

They have intimate knowledge of Tobago’s history- from it’s Caribbean Art Deco renaissance to it’s current status as one of the most sought-after destinations for individuals worldwide. Their insight comes naturally as they are of Caribbean and South American decent with North American upbringing.

Outside of real estate, Chaz loves to fly and you’ll catch him at the golf course too. He takes pride in giving back to the community and serves as a board member to Caribbean charities - helping the youth become successful adults.
