Paula was introduced to Real Estate in March of 2006 and joined a small family owned Real Estate Company. Prior to this, Paula worked in the Credit / Lending field at Republic Bank, gaining 13 years experience with her last post as a Credit Analyst at the Corporate Centre.
On entering the real estate world, there was no turning back for Paula. What started out as a part time job, turned into a full time passion and drive to satisfy the needs of her clients. Paula achieved the award from AREA for "Sales Associate of the year 2019, 11-15 years experience".

Paula also enjoys another side of real estate ... Interior Design in which she achieved a Certificate of Excellence and this added asset has assisted in many ways in her job as well as in her personal real estate goals.
After nearly 17 years, in December 2022, Paula opened her own Real Estate Company “Decle Realty”.
Paula is driven, honest, motivated and passionate in working diligently with her clients with utmost integrity from inception until her clients goal is achieved, supporting them through every stage of the process.
