It is well known for the El Socorro Mosque which is heavily attended on days of prayer & provides charity for the poor.
All of its roads are connected to its environs such as Barataria, San Juan or Aranquez which makes it easily accessible to other business services that maybe required.
This district is separated into two areas, North & South. The Southern side has grown tremendously and focuses more on the commercial activity such as Manufacturing of Paints, Beverage, Clothing, Marine and has many warehousing facilities for FMCG operations.
