This building is located minutes away from the Deonarine Junction within a private road of a very safe development, in Mc Bean of Couva. This is a brand new build and has many modern finishes that any couple and small family would love. Access to the highway is less than 10 minutes away and there is very convenient access to a nearby grocery, hardware, gym and bakery.
There are three two bedroom units located to the ground floor of the building and each of them are designed a little bit different than the other. Some key features that they all share are their large open plan concept kitchen and living spaces, tall flush gypsum ceilings, floor molding, LED recessed lights throughout, spacious bedrooms and built in cupboards. All of the units kitchens have solid surface countertops, with teak cabinetry finished in a sleek gray with complimenting backsplash.
All their laundry areas are situated to the rear of the units and this also gives access to a large patio area which is still under development; separations to be installed. Both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom and the units feature a tankless water heater.
To get a better idea of the units design, as they are all different, kindly see our website where we have outlined each unit.
About the Region
For many years, the village was little more than a clearing in a sugarcane field. The population was mainly indentured workers of Indian origin with a smaller number of former African slaves and numbered no more than a few hundred. Couva continued to grow in size with the national census recording a figure of 3,572 persons in 1980. Couva benefits immensely from its unique location. The Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway ensures easy access to Port of Spain and San Fernando, in addition to the neighboring towns of Chaguanas, Arima and Point Fortin. Transportation, Public Service Utilities, Shopping, Recreation and Entertainment, Health Care, Businesses, Schools and Industrial Centres are readily accessible. The urban structure of Couva is similar to that of most towns in Central Trinidad with a mix of residential and commercial activity within the town centre itself, i.e. along the Southern Main Road, recently people have begun buying land and starting their businesses out of the town centre areas. Couva is the administrative and commercial centre of the region and the Point Lisas Port and Industrial Estate falls within the Greater Couva Urban Area. Most popular sites in Couva are now the Brian Lara Stadium where the CPL is held. This attracts many tourists to come sit and watch the exciting cricket matches
