For many years, the village was little more than a clearing in a sugarcane field. The population was mainly indentured workers of Indian origin with a smaller number of former African slaves and numbered no more than a few hundred. Felicity is a community in the region of Chaguanas, Trinidad. Felicity is famous for the Ramleela festival which is celebrated approximately 2 weeks leading to Davali each year. This festive attracts both local and international citizens to Trinidad yearly to partake in the Hindu festival and the many Indian delicacies available. Felicity borders the Gulf of Paria. Freeport is a town in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is located in west-central Trinidad, and is administered by the Couva–Tabaquite–Talparo Regional Corporation. It has a population of approximately 11,850. The Solomon Hochoy Highway splits Freeport into two, on the east and the west of the highway where you can find most commercial businesses. Waterloo is located in the Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo district in Trinidad and Tobago, popular for the famous Siewdass Sadhu Shiva Mandir Temple in the Sea and the Waterloo creation site.
