This unit sits not too far in, on the very private road of Brathwaite Lane, located just off the El Socorro Main road. As we all know, El Socorro is a great location for those working in the west, as it’s only fifteen minutes away from Port-of-Spain and is also particularly wonderful for those heading east or south as it has great highway access. On the El Socorro stretch, there are many restaurants, groceries and convenient shopping areas including two gas stations; quite a convenient area to live.
You enter the unit into its very expansive living area that I am sure can fit most oversized living sets as the area alone is almost 400Sqft. The ceiling is recessed with its own fan with the addition of very bright LED lights and the unit follows this design throughout.
Following the living area and proceeding north down the hallway sits the dining area and full kitchen with moveable center island that can be used for barstool dining. El Socorro
El Socorro is considered as a residential area. Along the El Socorro Main Road, you can find many small businesses such as wholesale or retail, its many Chinese cuisines and gas service stations. It is well known for the El Socorro Mosque which is heavily attended on days of prayer & provides charity for the poor.
All of its roads are connected to its environs such as Barataria, San Juan or Aranquez which makes it easily accessible to other business services that maybe required.
This district is separated into two areas, North & South. The Southern side has grown tremendously and focuses more on the commercial activity such as Manufacturing of Paints, Beverage, Clothing, Marine and has many warehousing facilities for FMCG operations.
Residents who live amongst these sectors have grown accustomed to this life style and have begun benefiting from it as many small businesses have been developed (Parlors, bars, groceries food outlets) to provide sustenance for employees.
It is protected by the El Socorro barracks. Commuting is easily available and on both the Northern and Southern side of El Socorro.
San Juan

The local nightlife includes many pubs and bars along the main streets of San Juan. Aranguez is home to one of the country's most popular savannahs, Aranguez Savannah. Aranguez Savannah hosts major celebrations and events including Holi, Diwali, Eid al-Fitr, Hosay, Carnival, cricket games, and The Samaan Tree Rock Festival among many other live concerts.
San Juan is well known for its busy day life as many working class people use this town as an in transit junction. It serves as a main supply for environs as it facilitates business ventures such as markets, groceries, wholesale and other retail shops.
