Arima
Arima, officially The Royal Chartered Borough of Arima is the easternmost and second largest area of the three boroughs of Trinidad and Tobago. This town is well known for its shopping areas located in the inner most portion of the town.
It serves as a main trading hub for environs which makes the town considerably busy. Many persons visit Arima to relax and enjoy the wide array of local bars and street food offered such as burgers, doubles, gyros etc.

Arouca
Arouca is a town in the East–West Corridor of Trinidad and Tobago located 19 km East of Port-of-Spain, along the Eastern Main Road. It is located west of Arima, east of Tunapuna and Tacarigua, south of Lopinot, and north of Piarco.
It mainly comprises residential housing. There are several schools located in Arouca including the Bon Air Primary School, Arouca Anglican Primary School, Arouca Girls R.C., Arouca Boys R.C., Arouca Government Primary Schools and Bon Air High School. Arouca is home to four prisons and one correctional facility. These include the Golden Grove Prison, Remand Prison, Women's Prison and Youth Training and Rehabilitation Centre.
La Horquetta
La Horquetta is a mixed neighbourhood in south Arima, 9 km south of the Arima town center in east Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago. It is located in the south-eastern corner of the Tunapuna–Piarco region. La Horquetta is bounded by the Churchill–Roosevelt Highway to the north, Arima river to the west, Brazil river to the south, and the Aripo Savannah to the east, and is adjacent to two other Arima neighborhoods: Malabar to the north, and Carapo to the east.
La Horquetta is divided into 9 sections: Single Units, Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4, Phase 5, Phase 6, Phase 7 and the newly built Greenvale Park. It is the home of the first regenerative agricultural Eco park in Trinidad by Green Army TT located in phase two. It also claims the title of being the largest housing project completed by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.
La Horquetta's public schools are operated by the Ministry of Education. Primary schools in La Horquetta include La Horquetta North Government School and La Horquetta South Government School.
La Horquetta has facilities such as La Horquetta Community Swimming Pool, La Horquetta Regional Complex, Basketball Court, Pavilion, La Horquetta Village Plaza, La Horquetta Steel Drum Complex and La Horquetta Police Station.

Tacarigua
Tacarigua (originally San Pablo de Tacarigua) is a town in the East–West Corridor of Trinidad and Tobago, located east of Tunapuna, north of Trincity and west of Arouca. It is on the banks of the Tacarigua River. The city is governed by the Tunapuna–Piarco Regional Corporation.
Tacarigua was originally a Spanish encomienda, prior to the relocation of the Amerindians to Arima in 1789. Some of the first mosques were built at Tacarigua in 1850. Famous cricket player Kieron Pollard was born here.
Trincity
Trincity is a planned community in northern Trinidad. It is located along the East–West Corridor south of Tunapuna and north of Piarco. Trincity was developed by Home Construction Limited. In recent years Trincity has been one of the major growth areas in Trinidad and Tobago. Trincity Mall has been substantially enlarged, to a total of 2 million square feet making it the largest contiguous mall in the Caribbean. Trincity Mall’s anchor tenants include Caribbean Cinemas (eight-screen cineplex), Radio Shack, Francis Fashions, Tru Valu Grand Market, Pennywise Superstore just to name a few. Construction of an office park, three gated communities and a PGA golf course have been completed. Banks are located in both Trincity Mall, HB Legacy Centre and surroundings for easy business transactions. Restaurants, bars, schools and pharmacies can also be found in Trincity.
Tunapuna
Tunapuna is a town in the East–West Corridor of the island of Trinidad.
For over one hundred years, Tunapuna has been a Carnival venue. Each year this regional carnival, which is a showcase for traditional and conventional mas, steel band, and stick fighting, is organized by the Tunapuna Carnival Committee.
It is an important market and commercial card. Tunapuna is well protected by its fire and protective services as they are well positioned in a centralized location in Tunapuna.
