19 Acre Estate For Sale!
$5,000,000
19-Acre Estate on the beautiful northeast coast of Trinidad where lots of entertainment possibilities abound; like fishing, beaches, rivers, waterfalls, turtle-watching, birdwatching in the Matura National Park. The property is located on the Toco Main Road in the fishing village of Matura, Sangre Grande. It features approximately 420ft of main road frontage, a 3-bed/1-bath main house, a 2-bed/1bath bungalow that needs some TLC, and an unfinished brick house. These two secondary homes can be refurbished/completed and would make ideal guest cottages or weekend/holiday rental. The property is about a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach access off the Toco main Road to Rincon Bay, where there is great opportunity for bathing and fishing. It is also close to the popular Salybia beach (about a 3-minute drive). Offers easy access to school transportation and shopping. All utilities are connected to the estate. The land is flat to gradually sloping upward, giving great ocean views from the higher elevations. Land tenure is freehold/agricultural. The size and location of this estate gives it great development potential into an ecotourism/camp site, housing or your private estate.
