This large beachfront property is located just outside the town of Mayaro’s and is minutes away from the industrial sector in Galeota. It’s located on Frontin road, a very upscale residential area with many large beach houses. It’s ideal for a family getaway home or it can make a great home for those working in the oil and gas sector; great investment for companies that seek year-round accommodation.
Upon entering this property you are welcomed into a large open plan living space with the kitchen to the left, living and dining area to the right. Large windows and doors open the living space onto its grand patio that extends “end to end” of the property.
The upstairs of this unit has the three bedrooms, two which have ensuite bathrooms and there is also a small living area at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom opens out onto a small patio that overlooks the beach as well. All bedrooms can fit a queen-sized bed comfortably and the unit comes equipped with air-conditioning throughout.

Galeota
Galeota is the last lot of land on the South Eastern end of Trinidad. It is home to a significant portion of Trinidad and Tobago's gas and oil reserves and it is frequented by wildlife.
Galeota was originally referred to as ‘Punta de Galera' but was changed to its current name, Galeota Point during the British takeover by the Captain of the Royal Surveying Engineers, Frederick Mallet, in 1797.
Mayaro
Mayaro is a town on the island of Trinidad in Trinidad and Tobago. Known as a fishing village, many vendors travel from all over to purchase the catch. Mayaro has developed into a well-known residential area where schools, health centres, police stations are all accessible. Most small business owners are residence and they thrive from many persons who are just passing through to enjoy the beaches available for bathing, relaxing etc.
There are resorts that has significantly developed and many Trinidadians as well as tourists book these rooms especially around the Carnival and Easter season.
Mayaro has a market, bus terminal, ATM’s Banking services, police and fire stations and many bars.
Mayaro is also associated with the oil production - most of Trinidad's oil and natural gas production comes from offshore oil fields to the east of Mayaro. The major producer is BP Trinidad & Tobago (bpTT), together with BHP.
