Jo-Ann joined Terra Caribbean Trinidad in 2014 as a Sales and Real Estate Agent with a wealth of knowledge in both the Banking and Real Estate/Construction sectors. With over twenty years’ extensive experience, in sales and marketing, business development, and investment banking, including loans/mortgages, Jo-Ann brings comprehensive and complete service and advice to her clients and her real estate career. A hardworking and energetic individual, Jo-Ann shows initiative and competence in all tasks assumed and has an astute appreciation for excellent quality service delivery.
She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada (Business Administation) and Henley University, UK (MBA) and has recently concluded her Certificate in “Principles of Real Estate Sales” from Roytec where she was awarded 2nd Place for Distinguished Performance. Jo-Ann enjoys outdoor activities, sports and entertaining. She also enjoys quiet time with her three adoring kids and husband, and is an active member of her children’s respective PTAs.
