Debbie Nicol entered the Real Estate industry in 1979, working as a Real Estate Sales Representative at one of the largest agencies of the time, Duval Estate Agency Limited. In 1993, the Owner of the company migrated, closing the company’s doors. Teaming with a colleague, Debbie opened a partnership Real Estate Brokerage. She became a member of AREA (Association of Real Estate Agents) and was among the first participants in 1995 to complete the AREA Real Estate Sales course. During this time the partnership established a very close business relationship with Home Construction Limited, the largest construction company in the Caribbean.
In 1996 Debbie continued the business as an independent as her partner moved on to other ventures. In 2008, she was joined by her daughter, Heidi Rajnauth, and together they formed Dynamic Real Estate Consultancy Limited.
