Goodwood is by communities such as Montrose, Windsor and Pembroke located in Tobago, Goodwood is the larger village of them. Known as a residential community, it is on the sea line of Goldsboro Bay.

Amongst the residence is the Genesis Nature Park and Art Gallery, a school and a Methodist church. There are locally owned small businesses such as boutiques, computer supplies, food, etc.
