Cumaca
Cumaca is located on the North East side of Trinidad and Tobago. The eight-mile stretch village of Cumaca which is hidden away in the Valencia forest is known as a small residential rural community. There is a Primary school which most residents attend.
In the environs of Cumaca are quarries, the Hollis Water Reserve, the Cumaca Cave and Waterfall. Many locals as well as tourists visit the cave and the waterfall to enjoy the scenery and what it has to offer.
Valencia
Valencia is a rural community located in the North East region of Trinidad and Tobago. Many quarries are located here. Residents have grown accustomed to this activity and adapted quite well.
The Valencia Junction has many business activities from food, bars, groceries, service station etc. It is protected by the Valencia police station and also has access to a health facility.
From the Valencia junction you can use the roundabout to access Sangre Grande and the more easterly areas such as Manzanilla, Mayaro, Rio Claro, Guayguayare etc.
There is a main river called the Valencia River where many locals visit to participate in a well organized or deserved weekend lime.
The Valencia Main Road is very busy as most persons visiting or commuting to work from areas such as Toco, Salybia, Matura etc. use this access road to get to their destinations.
