About this Property
I am absolutely in love with the property and its surroundings. The sky, sea, valley and bamboo maybe bring back childhood sentiments. It helps quiet my thoughts and brings peace.
The property has good frontage to the bottom and to the top. There is a natural grade for driving into the right side. Most of 6A is gently slope for one level and then splits to the plateau. Some of the plateau appears to be 6B. 6B is generally steeper sloped especially toward the top road, it is canvassed by bamboo leaves and has bamboo to the top of it, which opens out to the road on top. Practically a person can enter from the top of the road and/or bottom!
11,497 sq. ft. sloping land with a view! Comes with approved house plans!
About the Region
Carenage
Carenage is a town in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is located in northwestern Trinidad, and is administered by the Diego Martin Regional Corporation. Located close to Chaguaramas, it is more of a residential area than a commercial or industrial locale.
The name is derived from the practice of careening (i.e., beaching, "carénage" in French) sailing vessels for maintenance, which had been done in the area for many years.
