This large apartment building with four upstairs apartments is located just five minutes from the Airport in Kelly village on Matroo Trace. There is a shopping mall just before you enter, nearby grocery stores and just down the road is the very busy town of St Helena with many shops and restaurants.
The apartments are all top floor apartments that feature large bedrooms, an expansive living room and a full kitchen with a movable island. The kitchen features tiled ash grey countertops with a matching backsplash, oak stained teak cabinetry and all finishings are brushed nickel. A really nice feature in the kitchen is that both the island and the pantry have pull out shelving for ease of access to your pantry items. Kitchen is wired for an electric stove as well as there is a gas storage section if you are utilizing a gas stove.
The kitchen opens out onto the living and dining area, it is quite large and follows the open plan concept. Opposite the living area sits the both bedrooms and they can fit a king sized bed comfortably with room to spare. The master bedroom comes with an air-condition unit and both the bedrooms have large built in cupboards with sliding doors and a large full sized mirror.
The bathroom sits to the exterior of the kitchen with the laundry area within it as well. There is space to hang clothes inside the laundry room and there is also all the fixtures available for your washer and dryer.

About the Region
Piarco is a town in northern Trinidad and is the site of Piarco International Airport. Piarco includes the villages of Piarco and St. Helena. Piarco is the site of one of the few natural savannahs in Trinidad and Tobago, the Piarco Savannah. Most of this savannah land has been incorporated into the airport. Businesses such as Caribbean Airlines headquarters, Airport Authority Administrative Centre, Swissport Cargo, Civil Aviation, TTPOST just to name a few are located in and around Piarco. Trincity Mall, Piarco Plaza, Service stations, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Hardware and Hotels can also be found in the vicinity of Piarco. Piarco is also facilitated by one of our many Fire and Police Stations in Trinidad.
St. Helena is a village in the region of Tunapuna/Piarco. A stone’s throw away from the Piarco International Airport and Centeno livestock station. Centeno livestock station is responsible for the distribution through the sale of healthy pedigree livestock (cattle, sheep, goat, and rabbits) to farmers. Farm visits to livestock farmers who wish to purchase stock and to ensure conditions on the farm can accommodate animals. Information is provided to assist farmers in this area and dissemination of information to livestock farmers and students through field trips/visits to the facilities via, pre-arranged guided tours. St. Helena consists of supermarkets, variety stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, health facilities such as the St. Helena Health Centre, doctors’ offices, dental offices, service stations etc.
