Wake each morning and open your doors to a beautiful view of the valley below! This amazingly done fully furnished apartment sits on the top level of a duplex, I would say, halfway up the mountain.
Upon entry to the right sits your grand kitchen area with so much space you can put a breakfast table in the middle and still have space to spare. The kitchen features on its own, oak stained hardwood cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a large double-door fridge with dispenser, dishwasher, gas cooker and a two in one extractor and microwave. The kitchen also has fully adjustable down lighters on the bar area with barstools.
To the left as you enter sits the dining room and living area that flow seamlessly onto the balcony area that really opens up this already sizeable apartment even more. The Dining room features a seven piece hardwood dining set and the living room just after it features a large 50 inch TV with complimenting couch set, accent chair and coffee table.
The guest bathroom sits just outside the living room with the stackable washer and dryer neatly tucked away in the cubby hole. Both bedrooms are to the western side of the apartment with a large linen closet between them. The master bedroom houses an en-suit bathroom with an extremely nice addition of the private balcony as well. Both bedrooms have large built in cupboards that all follow the same design of the kitchens classic Oak styled finishing.
Things to note:
Electricity bill is shared between both tenants of the duplex.
Parking is one in front the other.
About the Region
Maracas Valley
Maracas Valley is a valley located in North-East Trinidad. It is separated by two mountains between Maracas–Saint Joseph and Maracas Beach.
The valley is home to the nation's tallest waterfall, Maracas Falls, which towers over the valley with a height of 91.5 meters (300 ft) and is the source of the Maracas River. This river provides water for the surrounding communities.
Maracas Valley is also the location of the main campus for the University of the Southern Caribbean. Trinidad's second highest mountain peak, El Tucuche, towers over the lush valley and bounds it to the north.
Due to this geographic location, the valley is usually cool

St. Joseph
St. Joseph was founded in 1592 by Antonio de Berrio and is the oldest town in Trinidad and Tobago. Originally named San José de Oruña, it served as the capital of Spanish Trinidad between 1592 and 1783. In 1595 the place was attacked and held by Sir Walter Raleigh and was used as a base for his exploration of the Orinoco river in search of the fabled city of El Dorado. Soon after his return the place was burnt and sacked.
St. Joseph is not an incorporated municipality. It falls within the boundaries of the Tunapuna–Piarco region.
Today it is the home of several different schools, including St. Joseph's Convent, St. Joseph, St. Joseph Boys Roman Catholic School, St. Joseph Girls Roman Catholic School, St. Joseph Government School, St. Joseph College, T.M.L Primary School, St Joseph and St. Xavier's Preparatory School.
