Nestled in the valley of Maracas in St. Joseph just opposite the University of the Southern Caribbean is the community of Acono Gardens. This property itself sits near to the top of a hill. Amazing views with a relaxing atmosphere, if you are scared of hills, this is a no no.
The unit itself sits at the bottom level of a 12 unit apartment building. The neat thing is that you have your very own yard space, ideal for your BBQ or porch set! Make BBQ on the hill and relax to the view! It is very cozy, comes fully furnished with everything you need for comfortable living and it can be used as a two bedroom if needed as there are two beds but ideally it can be used as a single bedroom with a large study/office.
The bedroom features a queen sized bed with ample cupboard space and the bedrooms windows overlook the valley below. Air conditioning is not required as its always quite cool in the unit and the valley.

Maracas Valley
Maracas Valley is a valley located in North-East Trinidad. It is separated by two mountains between Maracas–Saint Joseph and Maracas Beach.
The valley is home to the nation's tallest waterfall, Maracas Falls, which towers over the valley with a height of 91.5 meters (300 ft) and is the source of the Maracas River. This river provides water for the surrounding communities.
Maracas Valley is also the location of the main campus for the University of the Southern Caribbean. Trinidad's second highest mountain peak, El Tucuche, towers over the lush valley and bounds it to the north.

St. Joseph
St. Joseph was founded in 1592 by Antonio de Berrio and is the oldest town in Trinidad and Tobago. Originally named San José de Oruña, it served as the capital of Spanish Trinidad between 1592 and 1783. In 1595 the place was attacked and held by Sir Walter Raleigh and was used as a base for his exploration of the Orinoco river in search of the fabled city of El Dorado. Soon after his return the place was burnt and sacked.
St. Joseph is not an incorporated municipality. It falls within the boundaries of the Tunapuna–Piarco region.
Today it is the home of several different schools, including St. Joseph's Convent, St. Joseph, St. Joseph Boys Roman Catholic School, St. Joseph Girls Roman Catholic School, St. Joseph Government School, St. Joseph College, T.M.L Primary School, St Joseph and St. Xavier's Preparatory School.
