Chaguanas
The Borough of Chaguanas is the largest borough with an average population of 83,489 and fastest-growing town in Trinidad and Tobago, it is located in the West-Central area of Trinidad. Chaguanas is popular for its shopping malls, variety stores and street shopping. Many citizens as well as tourists visit these sites to partake in the buying of many items offered for sale.
This town is fast paced as many business sectors such as banking, insurance, auto rentals and food are readily available. All sites are easily accessible as transport hubs are located throughout the streets of this beautiful town, not to mention the safety of the police & fire services that are available upon request.
Home to the famous Divali Nagar site, many tourists as well as citizens visit this location to buy merchandise offered from the well-known Indian heritage such as clothing, food, religious items etc.
Fun fact, Chaguanas was named after the indigenous tribe who originally settled there.
Lange Park
The Lange Park community was founded in 1963 and is currently the oldest planned residential community in Central of Trinidad. The Lange Park community was previously owned entirely by one family, the Lange's, over time, lots of land were sold until it soon became entirely privately owned by various families. One can understand where the name "Lange Park" is taken from with this background information. Lange Park has easy access to health facilities such as The Chaguanas district health facility and Medical Associates both being the closest to the Lange Park community and is located on the Main Road of Chaguanas.
Within the Lange Park community, four communities are further gated; The Pointe, Legacy, Emerald and Montrose Place. The Lange Park community is fairly close to two major shopping centers; Price Plaza Mall as well as Downtown Chaguanas. The Price Plaza Mall is anchored by a Pricesmart membership Shopping Club as well as other major internationally known restaurants and retailers such as Pizza Hut, TGIF, Ruby Tuesday's, KFC and Hallmark. Lange park serves seven schools. Three are government while the other four are privately owned.
Longdenville
Longdenville is a town located in the region of Chaguanas, Trinidad. Longdenville is famous for their agricultural, the Sugar Field Centre and factories such as- Abel and Trinidad Aggregate Ltd. Longdenville has easy access to primary schools, pharmacies, supermarkets, and many other companies such as BHAD Studios and C.M Central Lumber Limited just to name a few. If looking for a quiet and peaceful environment Longdenville can definitely be considered.
