We are excited to announce the upcoming Republic Bank & My Bunch of Keys Home Ownership 2025 Event. This event offers a prime opportunity for MBOK member real estate agencies to showcase their listings to the public and invited clients of Republic Bank.
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Hilton
Republic Bank Limited, in collaboration with mybunchofkeys.com, will assess and finalize its limited invitation list for the event based on the following form.
Booth Specifications
Each participating agency will be provided with a booth space, which includes:
✓ Table and chairs
✓ Access to electricity
✓ Booth Space: 10′ x 10′ (some 10′ x 15′ booths may be allocated based on space availability)
Trussing Services
Trussing is required for structured booth presentations.
Trussing will be available at a consolidated and reasonable cost, ensuring a cost-effective solution by centrally managing all trussing requirements for the event.
Trussing is not required if your booth display and presentation does not need a structure within the space provided.
Exhibitor Requirements
Agencies are expected to:
✓ Have a diverse portfolio of listings across various regions.
✓ Maintain an active online and social media presence.
✓ Provide marketing materials to enhance their booth setup, such as (but not limited to):
- Banners
- Feather flags
- Laptops & screens
- Audio/visual equipment
- Brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
Note: The above items are recommended but not mandatory—agencies may choose what best suits their presentation.
