Delicia started her career in Real Estate in 1989 and joined the Terra Caribbean Trinidad team in 2000, in the company’s infancy, as a Sales and Rental Agent. With over twenty-five years in Real Estate, she has established a wide repertoire of both properties and clients. Delicia works in all segments of the market, particularly in the East/West corridor and due to her experience, she brings a relaxed and easygoing approach to her clients while she handles the details. Her knowledge and awareness of the market has influenced the growth of her clientele and she now boasts a list of customers that she has worked with throughout the years that range from Bptt to British Gas Trinidad & Tobago, American Airlines and the United States Embassy, to name a few.
