All villa owners will receive a 199-year lease and shares of the HOA. The developers will run the board until a specific number of villas are sold, at which time they will turn over ownership of the development to the HOA.
Amenities offered through the hotel, such as restaurants, pools, spa and fitness centre will be available to members of the HOA.
The HOA will work with Argyle Management Company Ltd and villa owners who wish to participate in the rental program. Rentals must go through the management company as overall resort control must be maintained. The management company will be responsible for the net revenues on behalf of the villa owners.

Roxborough
Roxborough is a town in Trinidad and Tobago, Located at the southern shore of the Island of Tobago. The settlement was named after the cocoa plantation Roxborough Estate. It is located on the winding road on the windward side of Tobago that runs from Scarborough to Speyside. From Roxborough you can access the island’s wonderfully inspiring nature reserves, one of which is Speyside with its offshore island of Little Tobago, protected roosting site of many seabirds.
