Just outside of the heart of Port-Of-Spain, is the secure compound of Pomme Rose Gardens located just about a five minutes drive from the Queens Park Savannah into Cascade. It’s located along the hilly side of Cascade, within a residential area and it comes with its own swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. There is a Major Grocery store not too far down the road, along with smaller cafes and shops that all add to the benefit of living here.
This unit is located on the ground floor and parking is just outside of the unit. There is a foyer upon entry that branches off into the first bedroom on the right and the open plan living and kitchen area directly ahead. This unit’s gem is its grand balcony, a very large doorway opens up the balcony and invites lots of natural light into the living area. Ceiling fans are throughout the living space and with all the fresh air, there is no real need for AC.

Cascade is located on the North Western region of Trinidad and is known as part of St. Ann’s. Cascade has the well-known Cascadia Hotel and Conference Centre. Club Coconuts located in Casacde was regularly visited by many for its, UWI nights, Friday and Saturday clubbing and Sunday’s Reagge nights.
Mostly a residential area, it provides some necessities from groceries, food, guest houses etc. Gorgeous views are visual as this region is located on the hills.
The residents are mostly traditional in specific parts of Cascade.
